Exhibit Designer
Taylor Studios, Inc, an exhibit design and fabrication firm, is recruiting an Exhibit Designer to add to our growing staff. We have done work for many museums and park services such as the Gettysburg National Military Park, The Adler Planetarium, Audubon Nature Institute in New Orleans, and the State Historical Society of North Dakota.
Job Description
The Exhibit Designer is expected to be technically competent in all aspects of dimensional design, including: Planning layout of each exhibit project in a timely manner with strict adherence to budget; integrating engineering elements into unified design: thinking independently, applying technical skills to problems
Requirements
Candidate should enjoy working in a small town setting. An experienced professional with a technical background in drafting and 3-D design is desired. The Exhibit Designer should be knowledgeable in Vector Works/CAD, Form Z, Illustrator CS, and other design software is a plus. This position requires the exhibit designer to be detail orientated and have the ability to work quickly and independently.
